Sea Minnow 9'' Dolphin The Boone Sea Minnow arrived at our development lab as a Pacific anchovy that was purchased from Bisbee's fuel dock in Newport Beach, CA by Mike Davy. Thus began the new life of Boone's most popular trolling lure, the Sea Minnow. We made a master mold from the frozen anchovy, duplicating every detail of the fish.
