Custom Graphite Cork Tape Series CP11SCT 11' Surf Rod When we tested our Graphite Cork Tape Series, one length did surprisingly well as both a light action surf rod and as an inshore spin rod. For those who want the great feel of cork tape and the extra length for precision casting, the 7'6 rod is just the rod for you. We built a unique set of blanks with the highest quality graphite cloth available. We use our own multi-dynamic blend of advanced high-modulus graphite for maximum durability & sensitivity, then add powerful, durable light mid-modulus graphite and finally each tip section gets a layer of advanced, dynamic T-Glass to give enhanced performance and strength. Each rod incorporates blank-through-butt construction. We choose only the highest quality Pac Bay components for guides & tip tops with Heavy duty graphite reel seats with stainless steel hoods. We even made the foregrip extra long to maximize each model's performance. 7'6 rod is 1 piece and 9,10,11' rods are 2 piece.
