It even comes with a full featured intercom complete with preprogrammed fog signals. The UM625c includes a separate radio receiver for the dedicated DSC channel 70,a requirement for some commercial and foreign installations. And it means you'll never miss and incoming DSC call. The UM625c radio,including the microphone,is JIS7 tested and certified completely submersible. It also features easy-grip rubber knobs,an intuitive user interface and superior audio quality for extreme ease of use. The UM625c radio can also accept an optional scrambler to insure secure communications.WHAMx4 COMPATIBILITYWith this full-function wireless 2.4 GHz Digital remote,you can add up to 4 remotes that act as intercom stations. The WHAMx4 can remotely control every function of the main station,including DSC,transmit,channel selection,radio modes and more. It can also communicate WHAM-to-WHAM up to .5 miles apart,without tying up main station VHF operation. It can even operate with up to TWO radio stations,perfect for use with upper and lower radio installation.
