10/09/01 Planning Board Meeting Minutes
Absent: Nolan, Yuchmow
The Master Plan was reviewed. Proposed zoning for the Scasserra tract is one acre residential along Washington Street Road with office use for the rear airport hazard zone section where homes are not allowed. A public hearing on the Master Plan will be held at the December 11th meeting.

William and Lisa Stryker received a variance for a fence at 106 Washington Street.

Larry Raffaelli asked that his 122 Washington Street residence be rezoned for business. The Board took the matter under advisement and referred noise and debris complaint to the Council.

Peter Morgan of Outerbndge Morgan Architects has made an offer for Lyric Hall. He received a variance for office use should it be purchased.

John Cassara appeared to explain why the renovations at 32 Princeton Avenue were not completed as proposed. He said the project had been more costly and time consuming than anticipated and promised to submit a new completion schedule.
