| Peggy Harris was granted a bulk variance for a
barn garage to be built on her property on Crescent Avenue.
Brad and Peggy Merritt were denied a variance for new vinyl siding on an
outbuilding on their property because the windows would become recessed and
not extend past the siding as they do currently. The Merritts stated that
this decision was unfair because under their plan the smaller building would
be identical in appearance to their home.
Lisa and Paul Shaefer, who would like to turn the old Lyric Hall into a
home, and Peter Morgan, who wants the building as an office for his
architectural firm, appeared for informal re-view of their plans.
Legal representatives and expert witnesses for AT&T appeared regarding a
use variance and site plan for cell phone antennas on the water tower. The
plan was approved provided that AT&T addresses some issues involving
landscaping, welding, and its equipment shed. |
