07/10/01 Planning Board Meeting Minutes
Absent: Pihokken
Richard Meyer, who has made an offer on "Lyric Hall", appeared for a concept review. He would like to refurbish it for senior housing plus a possible professional office, and might wish to add a parsonage-like residential building on the lot. The Board noted that the property is zoned single family so there would be density issues but expressed interest in future reviews and in seeing the budding preserved.

Julia Temple and Alexander Jeffers were given approval for modifications and an addition to 45 Washington with the understanding the surfacing will match the original stucco.

Peggy Harris received approval to build a barn at 66 Crescent Avenue. For the new master plan, it was proposed that the Hayden tract remain under one-acre zoning with preservation of as much open space as possible and that the Scassera tract have one-acre zoning along Washington Avenue with some cluster housing allowed out of the airport hazard zone.
