| Jane Venezia of Rocky Hill appeared informally
to discuss what variances would be needed if she acquired the "Lyric
Hall" for her Montgomery Dance Arts School and Belle Mead Ballet
Company.
Planner Susan Kimball and the Board discussed land use elements of the
proposed new master plan. It was recommended that zoning for the Hayden
tract remain as is and that the back of the Scassera tract could be zoned
for senior and affordable housing. There will be future discussions on the
Schafer tract and whether the business district should be expanded. |
