The bulbs that you order from Dutch Gardens are carefully monitored from the fields in Holland right to your door. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement exchange or refund to Dutch Gardens. Spring planted bulbs, perennials and roses are delivered by growing zone starting in early March to the warmer areas of the country.
