If for any reason you are not satisfied, within 90 days of receiving your order, return your merchandise for a full credit. Items that are in stock can usually be picked up either the same day or the next day, depending if your order was placed during store hours. To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact customer service for assistance or the store you selected for pick up. Sears.com ships items as they are available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. Home delivered orders can be canceled at any time prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service.
