Sears is the only retailer where consumers can find each of the Kenmore, Craftsman, DieHard and Lands' End brands together -- among the most trusted and preferred brands in the U.S. If for any reason you are not satisfied, within 90 days of receiving your order, return your merchandise for a full credit. Items that are in stock can usually be picked up either the same day or the next day, depending if your order was placed during store hours. To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact customer service for assistance or the store you selected for pick up.
