If for any reason you are not satisfied, within 90 days of receiving your order, return your merchandise for a full credit. To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact customer service for assistance or the store you selected for pick up. Most in home services are scheduled and completed within 2 to 7 days of your purchase. Home delivered orders can be canceled at any time prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service. Most online merchandise can be returned to any full line Sears store.
