If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement exchange or refund to Dutch Gardens. Delivery will extend into May for the colder growing zones and for orders that are placed later in the season. When you order from Dutch Gardens, you'll receive the best quality bulbs and plants, direct from Holland. Spring planted bulbs, perennials and roses are delivered by growing zone starting in early March to the warmer areas of the country. All orders are individually packed in climate-controlled warehouses in Holland and are shipped to the States in climate-controlled containers. This assures you receive the freshest, healthiest bulbs and plants possible.
