Home delivered orders can be canceled at any time prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service. Items that are in stock can usually be picked up either the same day or the next day, depending if your order was placed during store hours. Some items need to be installed, connected or set up in your home. Sears offers these services for your convenience and peace of mind. To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact customer service for assistance or the store you selected for pick up.
