Duncraft's backyard birdfeeding help line is a free service. Duncraft started over 50 years ago with a single windowsill birdfeeder. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it to Duncraft for an exchange or a full merchandise refund. Locate your hummingbird feeder in the same spot year after year, as returning hummers will come back to last year's exact location, expecting to find the feeder there. Birdhouses should be cleaned out after each nesting. Old nests should be removed after each nesting.
