If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement exchange or refund to Dutch Gardens. Spring planted bulbs, perennials and roses are delivered by growing zone starting in early March to the warmer areas of the country. Most Dutch-Gardens bulbs are grown along the northwest coast of Holland in the bulb-growing area known as the Northern Sand District. Dutch growers have a long and respected history of developing new and improved varieties of flowering bulbs and plants. By working closely with dozens of leading breeders and growers, Dutch Gardens is able to offer many unique varieties before they are available elsewhere.
