Home delivered orders can be canceled at any time prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service. To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact customer service for assistance or the store you selected for pick up. Most in home services are scheduled and completed within 2 to 7 days of your purchase. Some items need to be installed, connected or set up in your home. Sears offers these services for your convenience and peace of mind. Sears.com ships items as they are available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items.
