Home delivered orders can be canceled at any time prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, within 90 days of receiving your order, return your merchandise for a full credit. Most in home services are scheduled and completed within 2 to 7 days of your purchase. Sears offers a variety of merchandise and services through sears.com, landsend.com, and specialty catalogs. To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact customer service for assistance or the store you selected for pick up.
