Rocky Hill Flu Clinic
Borough residents can sign up for flu shots this year by calling the South
Brunswick Department of Health at 732 329-4000 x7237 or 7238. The shots will be
given out this year at the Rocky Hill Reformed Church.
Health Officer, Steve Papenburg says that anyone over the age of 18 should get a
flu shot, and this year there are no expected shortages. In addition, the Health
Department will be giving out pneumonia shots. Mr. Papenburg says that these are
for anyone over the age of 65, or “someone who is chronically ill.”
Usually, the Health Department expects to give about 120 vaccinations each year,
and usually cost $10.
